I have never been treated so poorly or so unfairly as I was in attempting to get to see Dr. Fox. First of all the receptionist admitted to me that she clocked me in later than I actually arrived and their only policy for late arrivals is to book new patients as a “no-show”. I waited for 10 minutes before she got a message from the back saying that since I was so late, they would be unable to schedule me that day, and I had to leave. They also said they would call me. Instead, I called them when I got home. It was then they told me that their policy was if a new patient was a no-show, which I was not, they simply have no other policy in place, they had no choice but to follow their inane policy and refuse to take me as a new patient. At that point, The receptionist tried to tell me that she had spoken to the doctor in the back and discussed it with him and there was no alternative. I live less than 10 minutes away, If they were so busy, they couldn’t take me for a 20 minute appointment, how am I supposed to believe that they had time too discuss my care and their policy with the doctor . himself, which is what I had been told. We have gone to these folks for years...decades, actually. That speaks to our appreciation of their skilled, friendly staff, trained nurses, and excellent doctors. Kudos to Stephen Weinberger, our current doc.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Family Care Network. Dr. Kaeley Kaplan has gone above and beyond to help me with a complex case, getting me seen by specialists, and easing my fears. She listened to me, and heard my concerns and actually addressed them! Having the lab on site is so convenient as well. The staff are all super professional and friendly.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kaplan for the past five years and she has been nothing short of wonderful. She has seen me for a wide range of topics and displays understanding and care every time. The medical assistants are very sweet and are often a familiar face before I’m seen by the doctor. I also have labs performed at this location quite frequently and the techs are always efficient and polite; same is said for the front desk staff. Thank you for your service and kindness!

I took my mom to see Dr Fox after she’d been to a couple NP/PAs at other clinics and still didn’t have real answers. He’s super calm and actually listened and didn’t rush her. He explained everything in normal words and even showed us the problem on the ultrasound. It was the first time in a while my mom felt like someone really understood what was going on. He did an injection and she felt better the same day. The office was easy to deal with and organized, and we left knowing exactly what the plan was. We’re having my dad go to him next.
